The Student Council is the most prominent of all the student-run bodies on campus. It serves as the bridge between the students and the administration. Members of the student council officially represent all the students in the institute.
Roles To identify and solve the problems of students. To communicate with institute administration concerning matters and opinions of students. To promote and encourage various student activities.Responsibilities To inform students about any of the matters concerning them. To consult students regarding any issue concerning them. To organize educational and cultural events and ensure maximum participation. To maintain good relations with the institute administration. To work towards the development of the institute. To propose activities that would improve student life on campus.
